Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NeatlyClean platform, websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by NeatlyClean (“NeatlyClean,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
NeatlyClean provides a residential-cleaning CRM, including online booking, scheduling, client management, payments facilitation, cleaner coordination, and route optimization. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the conduct of users you invite (such as cleaners and managers).
3. Plans, billing, and trials
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled.
- Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated unless required by law.
- Optional usage-based charges (such as SMS) are billed according to the rates shown at purchase.
4. Payments to you
Payments your clients make for cleaning services are processed by third-party processors (such as Stripe) directly to your connected account. NeatlyClean does not take a cut of those payments in the standard plans and is not a party to the underlying service contract between you and your clients.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer it, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or use it to violate any law (including telemarketing and consumer-protection rules applicable to your SMS and email communications).
6. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the personal information of your clients and staff that you put into the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by NeatlyClean and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Route optimization, availability estimates, and pricing calculations are tools to assist you and do not guarantee any particular result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeatlyClean will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period where feasible.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
